Welcome to Cannich Woodland Camping!

~ A woodland site at the head of the Glen Affric National Nature Reserve a short distance from Loch Ness

Less than an hour by car from Inverness and a short drive from Loch Ness, Cannich Caravan & Camping Park offers peaceful surroundings close to the Glen Affric National Nature Reserve.

The six acre site is located in the quiet village of Cannich on the new long distance trail The Affric Kintail Way. There is an on-site café (March-October) and just five minutes walk takes you to the grocery store/post office and the local bar serving food.

The area around Glen Affric is fantastic for outdoor enthusiasts, with a wide range of high and low level walking and cycling trails and an abundance of wildlife. Our local information point is stocked with a variety of information about the local area and further afield.

The site owner, Matt Jones is an outdoor enthusiast and particularly knowledgeable about local walks and bike trails - well maintained bikes are available for hire. Matt is race director of the annual Glen Affric Duathlon.

Come and stay in our camping pods or choose a pitch for your caravan, motorhome or tent on our site in a wooded valley providing ideal access to the mountains and beauty of three glens - Glen Affric, Glen Cannich and Glen Strathfarrar.

Static caravan accommodation is available at Cannich Holiday Caravans adjacent to the woodland camp site.
